Service Overview
When tree removal is necessary
Tree removal is usually a last resort, but sometimes it becomes unavoidable. This may be due to disease, structural instability, storm damage, or a tree outgrowing the space available. We will always assess the tree first and advise whether removal is required or if a safer alternative is possible.
How the work is carried out
Where space allows, a tree may be felled in one controlled direction. In most residential settings, however, trees are removed in sections. Using climbing equipment and rigging systems, branches and trunk sections are lowered carefully to the ground to avoid damage to nearby buildings, fences, sheds, and gardens. This method allows large or awkwardly positioned trees to be removed safely even in confined spaces.
Safety and site protection
Before work begins, we plan access routes and drop zones to protect surrounding property. Our team uses appropriate safety equipment and controlled cutting techniques to ensure the work is carried out safely from start to finish.
After the removal
All waste is removed from site and the area left tidy. Stump grinding can also be carried out if you wish to fully clear the space for replanting, landscaping, or other use.
